Processing Time
Most all items that are not special ordered will begin processing immediately and shipped within 1-2 business days, please allow 2-3 business days from shipping to receive your package. Shipping is at a flat rate on most items; while at time there may be opportunities for free shipping.
Pick-Ups
Shipping is the preferred method of getting your items to you quickly,securely, and in a timely manner. Most local customer here in the Little Rock area have gotten familiar with picking-up or having items delivered personally. Being as this is an online based retailer, pick-ups aren't always the most convenient for either party. In order to ensure a smooth order and receipt process shipping is preferred. In an urgent one-on-one basis pick-ups may be arranged to accommodate the customer. Pick-up availability could be subject to change at any time. use code pickup to waive shipping.

We can ship to virtually any address in the United States. Note that there are restrictions on some product
When you place a special order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items. If you prefer to use a shipping provider different than whats provided, costs and time frame may differ. Shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are based on flat rate USPS express shipping.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or store credit ONLY. Refunds will not be issued. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your exchanged item within 2 weeks of giving your return package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a your new item more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (2 to 5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 4 business days), and the time it takes for you to receive your new item (1-3 business days).
